Hello, I'm Hilary Graham!

As an instructor with over five years of experience, I've enjoyed developing engaging and meaningful curriculum for a wide range of young adult learners. I'm excited to bring these skills, along with my knowledge of ADDIE, Adult Learning theories, and other instructional design concepts, into the corporate world.

I'm a life-long learner and am always willing to tackle the newest technology to see what it can bring to my instruction and offer my learners. I find I work best in a collaborative environment where I can draw on the knowledge of others, synthesize it with my own strengths, and create instruction that targets learning gaps and meets learning needs.

When I'm not working, I love playing with my three cats, going hiking with my fiance, and drinking craft beer with friends.
